About us Spa boot camp provides programmes ranging from 5/7 days which are intended to give you a short sharp blast makeover to the more lengthy 4 week comprehensive makeover. Both deliver the goods so how do you choose?

It really depends on your time frame. Preferences and the reasons to attend. You can squeeze a short but intense programme into a week’s getaway or you can commit yourself to a life altering wellness and weight loss retreat.

On both courses you will have a regimented schedule courtesy of our outstanding ex services physical training instructors which map out every hour with classes workshops activities and training - but if you cringe at the hectic schedule you can opt for a more flexible arrangement with more free time you can give yourself permission to relax take time out and catch up with yourself. This option will of course affect your Wright loss and increase in fitness levels

Spa boot camp courses suit all types of clients ranging From 18 upwards. We do not offer a quick fix but a life enhancing and wellness programme that is packed with all types of exercise, nutritional consultations / workshop which include topics like junk food, restaurant ordering, healthy eating and portion control on top of that you get a complete package of food intolerance testing/ allergy testing.

Our programmes contain enough structure to be motivating but not so much to be stifling- our spa boot camp programme challenges the body to create rapid results and long term, goals.
